What you should know before handing your CV to Prizm, and what you need to use it.
Does Prizm make things up about my background?
No. It chooses what to highlight in what your documents already contain, without adding a degree, employer, or skill you don't have. You review every suggestion before any file exists.
What happens to the documents I share?
They're used only for you: never resold, never shared, never used to train a model. Details are on the Privacy page.
Is my layout kept?
You choose. By default, Prizm composes your documents in a layout designed to pass recruiters' screening software, and shows it to you on screen before any download. If you uploaded a Word CV, you can with one click keep your own layout: Prizm then works on a copy of your file and only replaces a few text zones, leaving fonts, colors, and margins untouched.
Does a human read my CV?
No human at all. Processing is automatic, and your accounts, documents, and applications are hosted in the European Union.
What exactly does Prizm change in my CV?
Three things: the headline at the top, the orientation of your profile paragraph, and the skills block, whose order and selection are revised from your own. Your experience, dates, and results are never rewritten. It's a cautious approach, meant to expand over time.
Can a recruiter tell AI helped?
No. Your files are ordinary Word and PDF documents, with no visible or hidden mark, and the text is yours: you review and correct every suggestion.
Does checking a verdict cost me an application?
No. An application is only counted once you ask Prizm to prepare your documents: you can read a verdict and stop there. Job analyses are only capped at 10 per 24 hours.
How many applications can I prepare?
2 per 24 hours, plus any earned by sharing your link. No reset at midnight: each prepared application frees up again 24 hours later. The counter is in your profile, top right.
How do I get extra applications?
Share your invitation link: every sign-up earns you 4 applications, and gives just as many to the other person. They wait in reserve, kick in once the 24-hour counter is empty, and never expire.
What files does Prizm accept?
Your CV and cover letter in whatever format you have: Word, PDF, or even a photo. Prizm reads what you give it and returns your documents in Word and PDF. A CV in Word also opens up the option of keeping your original layout, since there's a file to retouch. The job listing comes however you like: link, pasted text, or PDF.
How do I delete my documents or my account?
A cross, in "Your documents", removes a document. For the whole account, deletion is requested from your profile: it takes effect after 30 days, cancellable with one click until then.
