No. It chooses what to highlight in what your documents already contain, without adding a degree, employer, or skill you don't have. You review every suggestion before any file exists.

They're used to prepare your applications: never resold, never used to train a model, and shared with a company only through introductions, which you can switch off. Details are on thePrivacy page.

You choose. By default, Prizm composes your documents in a layout designed to pass recruiters' screening software, and shows it to you on screen before any download. If you uploaded a Word CV, you can with one click keep your own layout: Prizm then works on a copy of your file and only replaces a few text zones, leaving fonts, colors, and margins untouched.

An ATS is the software that screens applications before a human reads them. Prizm's templates follow its rules: a single column, real text, standard section headings. If you keep your own layout, your original file is what decides.

No human at all. Processing is automatic, and your accounts, documents, and applications are hosted in the European Union.

Four things: the headline at the top, the orientation of your profile paragraph, the skills block, whose order and selection are revised from your own, and, in a Prizm layout, your experience. Each role is weighed against the job: a role that matters keeps its lines, refocused on the job with the most useful first; a role that matters little is trimmed to its one or two most useful lines. A line can be added to a role, only from a fact your documents already carry elsewhere. Every written line is checked: a figure, tool, or company missing from your documents gets it discarded, and your own line takes its place back. Before starting, you can leave any section out of the adaptation: Prizm won't touch it. You then review every changed role, with your original lines next to it, and you can remove any role from the CV. The order of your roles, their titles, your employers, and your dates are never changed. If you keep your own Word layout, the same rework is applied inside your file, role by role, without touching its formatting; a role Prizm cannot safely edit is left as is, and you are told.

No. Your files are ordinary Word and PDF documents, with no visible or hidden mark, and the text is yours: you review and correct every suggestion.

You send it your CV, then the job ad, then you explain what you want. It gets it wrong, you start again. And what comes out, you cannot paste in as is. You end up losing more time than you came to save. An assistant was not built for this; Prizm is built for nothing else: your CV and the ad once, finished files, and a verdict when an ad is not worth your time.

No. An application is only counted once you ask Prizm to prepare your documents: you can read a verdict and stop there. Job analyses are only capped at 30 per 24 hours.

5 per week, plus any earned by sharing your link and any you buy. No reset at a fixed time: each included application frees up again 7 days after you use it. The counter is in your profile, top right. For accounts created before October 12, 2026, the original rule applies: 2 every 24 hours.

Two ways. Share your invitation link: every sign-up earns you 4 applications, and gives just as many to the other person. Or buy a pack, as a one-off payment, on the Pricing page. Earned and bought applications wait in reserve, never expire, and kick in once your included applications are used.

Your CV and cover letter in whatever format you have: Word, PDF, or even a photo. Prizm reads what you give it and returns your documents in Word and PDF. A CV in Word also opens up the option of keeping your original layout, since there's a file to retouch. The job listing comes however you like: link, pasted text, or PDF.

A cross, in "Your documents", removes a document. For the whole account, deletion is requested from your profile: it takes effect after 30 days, cancellable with one click until then. Unused bought applications are deleted with it.
