Your documents are used only for you. They're never reused, never shared, never sold, and never used to train any model.
What Prizm keeps
Your email address (the account), your CV and cover letter (the material for your applications), the jobs you submit, and the documents produced. That's it, and only because the service needs it to work.
Where your data lives
Accounts, documents, and applications are hosted on servers located in the European Union. Document analysis and writing rely on an artificial intelligence provider whose interface does not use submitted data to train its models. PDF creation goes through a service we operate ourselves in the European Union, which keeps nothing. Usage measurement is hosted in the European Union. Details of our providers are available on request.
Your rights
Your documents and your account belong to you. To request full deletion of your data, or for any question, write to contact@thehubhq.io: the request is handled unconditionally. You can also delete your account yourself, from your profile: deletion takes effect after a 30-day delay, during which one click is enough to cancel it.
