Terms of sale

Application packs are sold by Lemon Squeezy, authorised reseller for Heyprizm Ltd, which publishes Prizm and is described in the legal notice. Lemon Squeezy takes the payment, issues your invoice, collects VAT and handles refunds, under its buyer terms (lemonsqueezy.com/buyer-terms), which you accept when you pay.

These terms set out what you buy and what Prizm commits to provide. They apply to every pack bought on heyprizm.com by a person acting for their own personal needs.

A pack adds a fixed number of applications to your Prizm account. One application is your CV and cover letter tailored to one job offer, delivered in Word, and also in PDF when the rendering service responds. Analysing an offer and the verdict do not use up an application.

Your free applications, included and earned, are used first; pack applications come next. They never expire. A pack is not a subscription: nothing is charged after the purchase.

An application is only counted once your CV in Word, and your letter when one was planned, have actually been produced. If production fails, you keep the application.

Prices are shown on the Pricing page, all taxes included. The price paid is the one shown when you order.

Payment is made once, on Lemon Squeezy's secure page. Prizm never sees your card details. The sale is concluded when Lemon Squeezy confirms the payment; you then receive a receipt by email.

The pack's applications are added to your account as soon as the payment is confirmed, usually within seconds. If they do not appear within an hour, write to melvine.lawson@heyprizm.com.

A pack is digital content supplied right away: your applications are added to your account as soon as you pay. As Lemon Squeezy's buyer terms provide, which you accept when you pay, you consent to this immediate supply and the fourteen-day right of withdrawal no longer applies once it has begun.

Beyond that: if you have not used any application from the pack, you can ask for a full refund within fourteen days of the purchase by writing to melvine.lawson@heyprizm.com.

If a purchased application does not work as expected, write to melvine.lawson@heyprizm.com: it will be fixed, replaced or refunded. This commitment comes on top of your statutory rights.

Prizm prepares draft documents from what you give it. You review and approve them before sending: their content and accuracy remain your responsibility. Prizm does not promise an interview or a job, which depend on recruiters.

Purchased applications are tied to your account. They cannot be transferred or exchanged for money, apart from the refunds set out here.

If you delete your account, unused applications are deleted with it. If the Prizm service shuts down for good, purchased and unused applications are refunded.

For any complaint, write to melvine.lawson@heyprizm.com with the date of purchase and the problem you ran into.

For a question about payment, the invoice or a refund, you can also contact Lemon Squeezy directly, from the receipt you received by email.

These terms are governed by English law. If you live in another country, the mandatory consumer protections of that country still apply. In the event of a dispute, you can bring it before the court where you live.

Payment is processed by Lemon Squeezy, which receives the data needed for the transaction. Everything else is described on the privacy page.

These terms may change. A purchase remains governed by the version accepted at the time of payment, whose date appears at the top of this page.
