About Prizm
Who publishes Prizm
Why Prizm exists
According to the people we interviewed, tailoring your own CV and cover letter to a job takes thirty minutes to an hour, and many end up sending the same CV everywhere. Prizm does that work from your real experience, and first tells you whether the job is worth it.
How Prizm gives its verdict
Before writing a single line, Prizm compares your CV with the job and gives a verdict: Go for it, Try it, eyes open or Pass on this one. It names your strengths and the gaps that matter, without softening them.
This verdict is not a promise of an interview. It is an opinion, so you can decide where to spend your time.
What the AI does, what stays in your hands
The AI reads the job and your CV, then writes your tailored CV and cover letter. It rewords and highlights what you have really done: it never invents experience, degrees or skills.
You review, you edit and you decide. Prizm never sends anything on your behalf.
Where the numbers in our guides come from
Our guides are signed by Melvine Lawson. Their numbers have three sources: statistics on analyses run in Prizm, grouped and anonymous, excluding the team's test accounts; durations reported by the people we interviewed; and simulations, presented as such. Each guide says which one it is.
